From Galashiels follow the Abbotsford road out of the town until it becomes the A7 (Selkirk). At the main roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A6091 and then at the next roundabout take the 1st exit into Tweedbank. Follow Tweedbank Drive pass Gunknowe Loch and take the fourth turning left signposted Essenside Drive. Then take the second turning left into Stobshaw Terrace. From there take the first turning left into Stobshaw Place where number 16 is the fourth property on the right hand side.
